Mary Marg Helgenberger is an American actress. Her birth date was November 16 in 1958. Her career began at the beginning of the 1980s. She was first noticed due to her portrayal of Siobhan Ryan in the daytime soap opera Ryan's Hope from 1982 to the year 1986. Her most well-known character has been Catherine Willows, a CBS procedural drama. Crime Scene Investigation 2000-13 and Immortality 2015, the TV film which followed. She reprised the role in Immortality's sequel Vegas (2022-present). Helgenberger is also the character of K.C. She was awarded the Emmy Award in 1990 for Outstanding Supporting actress in the Drama Series, in recognition of her role in the role of Koloski on the ABC series China Beach from 1988 to 1991. Other credits include the TV series Under the Dome (1996), Species II (1998), Erin Brockovich (2000) or Mr. Brooks (2007). McCain is also the oldest child of her four siblings. McCain received her formal schooling from Phoenix Country Day School followed by Xavier College Preparatory a Catholic All-girl private high school. Her Columbia University Bachelors of Art History was earned in 2007. The year after, she was co-host of the morning program The View, which she was host from 2021 to 2021. For her work she was awarded four Daytime Emmy Award nominations. In her other ventures McCain was a columnist at The Daily Mail newspaper after her three years on The View. McCain authored four books in addition, The Story of My Dad John McCain (2008), Dirty Sexy Politics (2010), America You Sexy Bitch A Love-Letter to Freedom in 2012 along with Michael Ian Black and Bad Republican 2022.
